MONTH-OF COORDINATION & PLANNING ASSISTANCE
As you go through planning your event, we serve as a resource to you throughout the planning process offering advice, answering questions and providing vendor referrals and recommendations as needed. This package helps you 'mend the ends' of the planning process to execute the details near wedding day. You've planned it, now we're going to make it happen.
We attend an event space walk-through and your menu tasting to assist with space planning, set-up, and timing of your event. We will then reconnect with you 1 month before the event to confirm and coordinate all of the details of your wedding day with each of your vendors and provide them with a detailed timeline of the day.
On your wedding day, a Vintage Heart Wedding Specialist will be on site, making sure your event runs smoothly and timely from beginning to end so that you and your friends and family can simply relax and enjoy your special day!
PARTIAL COORDINATION, PLANNING & DESIGN
For the couple feeling overwhelmed with the effort of incorporating the planning and design of a large event into your busy life, Vintage Heart will create a customized package somewhere between “Month Of” and “Full Service” that works for your individual needs!
Starting with a planning meeting to develop an event style, determine goals and priorities and to put a plan in place for moving forward with budget, planning and design objectives. We will create a comprehensive budget projections and planning timeline for clients enabling them to stay on track and on budget, while we facilitate choice of appropriate vendors and make vendor introductions via email so client can make appointments with vendors based on their availability and price.
Work with designated catering contact, floral designer, prop and rental companies, lighting technicians, etc to carry concept through overall presence of each individual element of the event and present unique ideas to compliment chosen design concept for invitations, favors, and all the other details going into the reception.
"FULL SERVICE" PLANNING & DESIGN COORDINATION
This is for the couple who either doesn’t have time to plan or wants a guiding hand through the planning process. We’re here to help make your wedding day a special day. Vintage Heart will help determine the essential factors of the wedding from securing the venue, suggesting vendors and assisting in negotiating services, to creating an inspiration board with our bride and groom for the design & style of the event, and handling all of the “little details” that are involved in planning a truly unique event.
We provide advice to the couple, along with checklists and documents, to assist with decisions that need to be made for the timeline creation, budgeting, in addition to the standard preparation for a smooth and flawless wedding day. You can rest assured that our team will work with all vendors behind the scenes so that the client can ease through the planning process, as well as every moment of their wedding day with their families and guests. Vintage Heart is more than happy to take their proverbial ‘show on the road’ for clients looking to plan an event outside the Southern California area. With our 5 Diamond Resort training and love of travel, we can assist you in design and implement a destination wedding or event that doesn’t fit into the dreaded ‘resort package’ mold where your choices are less than creative. We can help you with travel arrangements and coordination for your guests, as well as event details like finding the perfect venue for your destination affair and the logistics of acquiring wedding licenses or permits in foreign countries.
